A perfectly located hotel for Nottingham Centre and all its attractions including the Capital FM Arena and a stones throw away from the train station. The hotel is clean and tidy with good facilities, comfortable beds, quiet and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and would choose a Jury Inn again.

Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel very close to Capital FM Arena, shops and football grounds. Would like to stay here again.

Liked: Good location. Facilities and room and breakfast as you would expect from a hotel of this class. Staff generally spot on.
Disliked: Traffic noise from main road despite double glazing. Problem with room service. Staff stretched at peak/busy times.

Disliked: Room not refreshed on the first morning so we had to go in search of more tea and milk

Liked: Location was spot on for train station and Motorpoint Arena. Staff were very helpful and bag drop was a massive plus. Breakfast was superb and dining room staff very polite.
