Room 642 - clean room with plenty of space. Cracked sink in bathroom which could be dangerous and couldn't adjust the heating, so room was very warm.

Disliked: We paid extra for breakfast, and it was a shambles. Hardly any food and because people were waiting around, when the food did come out, it was gone in seconds. No mugs for coffee or glasses for juice. We did complain at reception, and they refunded us for the breakfast. No questions asked, they apologised profusely and explained that they had a lot of staff call in sick

Ok but needs work

Liked: The room was a decent size and warm with a Large comfy bed. Tea and coffee in room..ok for a base while visiting
Disliked: Shower made such a noise if wasn't turned on full power i decided to have a bath but the taps and surround was covered in a build up of limescale and dirt i had to empty the bath water and fill again. Holder for Shower gel broken. Toilet had a poor flush so partner had to fill the bin with water to flush toilet. Stayed here before and the hotel is central and ok for the price if booked in advance but not worth full price as needs some good tlc in the rooms
