Room 642 - clean room with plenty of space. Cracked sink in bathroom which could be dangerous and couldn't adjust the heating, so room was very warm.

Liked: Location was fantastic, very central. Customer service was excellent, nothing too much trouble. Room was very quiet, and really clean. Breakfast in the morning was buffet, with plenty of choice and the dining room was clean and modern.
Disliked: Nothing, we had a great stay in this hotel

Liked: Great location and parking available across the road
Disliked: There was no water pressure in our bathroom. We reported this to reception and they apologised. We had to ask if there was anywhere we could go to shower and another room was provided for us to shower in.

Liked: Perfect location. I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel while attending a concert with my daughter. 2 minute walk!! We parked up earlier in the multi storey car park over the road. Check in wasn’t until 3 but we were able to leave our bags with reception. Gorgeous comfy beds and pillows. An excellent stay. Very clean and staff were very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again.
