Even with the negative, would use again.

Disliked: Not enough parking and for the price I think you should get breakfast.

Liked: The location was wonderful on the Quayside. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was great value and the breakfast was delicious, with an excellent selection.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: Small and basic room for superior Air con not working and when asked at reception was handed a small heater fan that blows like warm air , making sleeping conditions unbearable especially when heat outside had hit 30degress

Made my wife ill

Disliked: My wife was unwell on Saturday . Had to stay in room, tried to order food via room service, could not get an answer on phone, had to go to reception (has serious diabetes) and was told no as no credit card on account. I booked and paid for the room with my card. Nice guy at reception said situation was unacceptable and apologised and confirmed my card was registered. Put my wife's health at risk. I'm not done with this yet by far. Dangerous practice by this hotel. Never again
