Even with the negative, would use again.

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Not enough parking and for the price I think you should get breakfast.

Just what was needed for...

Liked: Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Excellent location to explore both the Quayside and City Centre on foot. The Metro worked very well to get to and from the airport and to explore further afield.
Disliked: The additional cost of breakfast, which meant we ate breakfast away from the hotel.

Great location, nice staff, clean,...

Liked: Nice and friendly staff, clean sheets, GREAT location. Nice and quiet. Very accommodating with our logistics as we were taking part in an event and didn't get back to the hotel to check in until 4am! As this was 300m from the finish line, it was very convenient indeed.
Disliked: Threadbare curtains with holes in weren't great. Hall carpets were disgustingy dirty for the whole of our two day stay. £16 for the breakfast that was on offer was too much, although breakfast stuff were lovely. Second morning we went up into the city for breakfast and got a brilliant breakfast for half the price. I think the hotel as a whole is overpriced for what it is.
