Even with the negative, would use again.

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Not enough parking and for the price I think you should get breakfast.

Old, tired and a bit...

Liked: Quick and easy booking, check in and out. Good bar with a reasonable selectin of food and drink. Iron and board in the room and there's more then two UHT milks.
Disliked: Room smelling of smoke, old and tired on first impressions, dressing chair having a large stain (wee patch?), general condition of fitting and fixtures such as the Bates Motel bathroom. The fire door opposite my room, 209, was unlocked, when it clearly states keep closed. When I checked what it was it turns out to be the AC riser from below. That's pretty poor and would fail a fire risk assessment. I did ask if this was the contractors wing based on its condition when requesting a new room. I didn't get an answer or a new room.

Amazing, unexpectedly good! Worth the...

Liked: I reached the hotel at 10am and was able to check in immediately. The location is fantastic especially for morning run and night walks. The room is spacious and clean. It’s so cheap to stay there too!
Disliked: The air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

Nice hotel shame about the...

Liked: Good location, nice rooms, friendly staff.
Disliked: Carparking and breakfast was extra at £8.25 for parking per 24 hour and £13.00 for breakfast.
