Very good

Liked: We liked the location, the staff were lovely and helpful. It was very clean. Would stay here again.
Disliked: There was no air-conditioning and the room was very warm. We were given a fan, which helped.

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast is good as well as the location.
Disliked: Recommends to check the lights and aircondition before the occupant arrives.

Disliked: Hotel room was red hot. We had two rooms and both where the same so not the A/C. Room was tiny, fair enough, but the bed was too. Said we'd booked single rooms but who books single rooms for two people. The website isn't as clear as it used to be . Not much help from the staff so not the greatest stay. Only one night so I can handle that

Miniature room, not worth the...

Liked: It was close to the train station
Disliked: The room was much smaller than shown on the pictures. The toilet can be used only sideways if you are above 160cm tall. Very cramped and uncomfortable, below the standard of any Leonardo hotel I have been to previously.

Ideal if you also want...

Liked: Really close to the Central Station with lovely staff and great breakfast.
Disliked: It was a bit difficult to cool down the rooms, we used the windows more than the AC system.

Liked: It had good breakfast buffet which we took additionally, location.
Disliked: Ac was not working and when i complained the staff told me that they raise temperature at night. What is the point of booking such hotel with aur condition filter if it does not work

Very poor

Disliked: I’m giving 2 stars only because of the central location. The rooms are not clean, the air conditioning doesn’t work, and instead they provide a noisy fan which makes it impossible to sleep at night. The window faces an indoor parking lot, so there’s no fresh air or proper ventilation
