I was disappointed. I've stayed...

Disliked: The breakfast didn't include any vegan options, and only a basic buffet. There is no menu to order fresh food from the kitchen. The pillows on the beds were awful. I considered rolling up my jacket and putting it into the pillow case so that I could sleep.

Awful Awful Awful !!!! Keep...

Disliked: They gave normal cheese with tomato and they call it as Mozzarella. Their Nutella machine is not working one day and they are not aware of it. In the room, they put empty bottle of water and label it as "complimentary". They put a coffee machine in the room but they forget to put coffee capsules in the room until we remind them. They put dirty towels to the bathroom when they clean the room. At finally, when we tried to speak with the receptionist about our problems, he does not understand English and he told us that we are in Germany he does not have to talk English. So stay away from this hotel.
