Good location for what we...

Liked: Location was good for what we needed as we were near Campbell park for a tribute festival. Nice comfortable bed, clean room. Reasonable priced bar. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: We arrived about 20 mins before breakfast finished and most tables had been used but not cleared up or cleared down. One of the waiters seen that I was looking for a table and cleared one for us.
