Usually good. This time very...

Liked: Hotel staff are friendly. I stay here a lot when visiting silverstone circut. But this time very very bad.
Disliked: This time I was put in disabled room which is absolutely fine but the bathroom was extremely dirty. Shower was broke with water spitting out over the shower curtain. This meant all the skirting boards were completely rotted out and mould forming. Tiles were very grimey. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room was 512 and it needs to be sorted out.
