Liked: Location was great. A lot of things in a short destination. Room was very big. A lot of space for us. Even got a free upgradeThe people who worked there were very nice and the breakfaar was alright for its price.
Disliked: Veeeery old building. The cleaning ladies did their best but there were some things not alrightThe bathroom was indeed not what I expected from a 4 star hotelMoist damage all over the ceiling, the silikone went off and some mold in the shower. Could need a renovation

Our second stay here but...

Liked: We stayed here for the second time as we aporeciated the room, location etc last year
Disliked: The Reception staff this time were really below par compared to the first time we came. When we arrived the guy really didn't seem to know what he was doing and when we left, we got blocked at the garage exit because of his errors! The young lady at Reception actually lied to us when she said she would contact the Concierge of the garage to help us. She did absolutely nothing at all and after our 2nd phone call from the garage to Reception for help , she stopped answering the phone!! The worst experience we have had of hotel Reception staff snd we will not be coming back.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to tourist attractions. The room was spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas.

Disliked: My comments were that they only gave water in the room on the first day and I stayed for five nights and they didn't change the bed linen after two or three days.
