Exceptional

Disappointing

Liked: The air condition was not working .! I signale 3 times to the reception but every time they told me they will send the technitien to check but still the same problem! They can’t solve the problem! In 38 heat with children it was horrible for me!
Disliked: The receptioniste!!!

Overall it was OK.

Liked: The size of the room was satisfactory. The common areas were spacious.
Disliked: The power went off twice during our stay. We used the staircase instead of the elevator but it was not a clear area, there was stuff here and there and in case of an emergency it would be difficult to move quickly. The toilet wasn’t cleaned well.Some guests were lying on the sofas of the lounge area. One member of the serving staff in the breakfast area wasn’t very polite and tactful.

Liked: Size of the room is pretty big & clean.
Disliked: AC is so bad even after I had asked the front desk to check, and they said they will sent maintenance staff to check it out once we leave the room. We came back 8 hours later and it felt the same with so little air conditioning....it was bad experience regards to AC especially the public hallway & lobby are much cooler than our room even it shows at 17C...
