Liked: Location.
Disliked: Room dated; bathroom toilet flush insufficient and rust on bath and sink.

Feedback from 1 Night Business...

Liked: Location is very good, close to city centre and railway station. Staff were very friendly. Very clean room. Breakfast was very good. Wifi is easy to get connected and very fast.
Disliked: The size of the room is not very large. The interior of the hotel building is not very new.

All round excellent stay

Liked: Facilities were great particularly leisure centre, location and parking excellent, room was lovely and clean. Excellent customer service, for example I asked for a fridge before I arrived and was told that my room did not come with one. On day 2 of my stay, a fridge was provided.
Disliked: Breakfast not the best. It was standard, but I would have enjoyed more options and fresher food.

Would definitely stay again due...

Liked: Perfect location for us. Gym and leisure facilities were great.
Disliked: The only thing that let the experience down was the bath. It looked like it needed a good clean.

Disliked: Room and in particular bathroom was tired and required some maintenance.

Liked: Bed very comfortable and near to town centre
Disliked: 1st impression wasnt great cause of derelict buildings around the hotel. Small hole in bed sheet and no spoon for tea.

Mostly excellent, just too hot.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, particularly for a buffet breakfast. Great selection of food. The bar staff the evening before were super helpful and friendly. The room size and layout was good.
Disliked: It was just too hot. Although we stayed on a very warm night for the end of April, there would be lots of days with that temperature over the summer. I would expect a hotel of this standard and price to have air conditioning in the rooms. As a result I got a very poor night's sleep.
