Modern and welcoming, Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central offers an unbeatable location right in the heart of Manchester. Just a short stroll from St Peter's Square, the Manchester Central Convention Center, and the Bridgewater Hall, this hotel is perfect for music fans looking to stay close to the action. With free high-speed WiFi, comfortable Dream beds, and a relaxed, social vibe, it’s a smart pick for concert-goers who want both convenience and comfort.
You’re literally across the street from major venues like the Manchester Central Convention Center and Bridgewater Hall, and just a few miles from Old Trafford and the Etihad Stadium. After a late-night gig, getting back is a breeze. The hotel’s central location means late-night taxis and public transport are easy to find. With a flexible check-out time of 12:00 PM, you can enjoy a well-deserved lie-in after the show.
The on-site Bar and Grill serves hearty meals like burgers and British classics—perfect for a post-concert feast. There's a range of hot beverages available too if you just need a chill coffee after a loud night. While there's no 24/7 room service, the hotel’s central location means late-night eats are just a short walk away. And yes, you can grab a proper breakfast to recover the next morning.
While the hotel itself keeps a relaxed vibe, you're surrounded by Manchester’s buzzing nightlife. Cool bars, lounges, and clubs are within easy walking distance, so you can keep the party going—or head back for a quieter nightcap at the hotel bar and grill.
Guests love the super central location, friendly staff, and spotless rooms. Many reviewers highlight how easy it is to walk to concerts and events, and praise the comfy beds for a good night's sleep after a big night out.
The hotel is cashless, which could surprise some travelers, so be sure to bring your card. Also, while the area is lively, light sleepers might want to request a quieter room away from the street.
If you’re heading to Manchester for a live show, Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and convenience to make your concert trip unforgettable.

Would not stay again.
Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: Honestly Leonardo used to be my point of call whenever I come to Manchester but not anymore. Firstly, I got in touch about amending a booking due to a sudden family death meaning one friend couldn’t make it. I was told to message booking.com who then said they’d pass it on but I heard nothing meaning we still had two rooms when we only needed one. Upon arrival we were given the cards for two rooms. One room didn’t open and there was a tray of breakfast outside it, I’m guessing it hadn’t been cleaned yet so I don’t understand why they’d allocate us these rooms or even allow us to check in. The shower leaked all over the floor as the shower head was faulty meaning we used all available towels to clean up the mess. And the worst part, during the early morning a cleaner just walked into our room. No knock, no greeting of housekeeping. We were three girls in a pitch black room with a stranger walking in - not professional at all. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t at least knock. Made me feel very unsafe to be completely honest. Will not be staying again.

Tiring - lack of sleep...
Liked: Location
Disliked: I stayed in first room on ground floor next to security door. Horrific people coming in and out that heavy door all weekend throughout the night me and my daughter barely slept full weekend due to this aswell as noise throughout the ground floor Someone barging into our room at 7 am giving us a huge fright

The most special and personal...
Liked: I had emailed ahead to inform the hotel that I was travelling with my 5 years old daughter as she was competing in a cheer competition. The hotel left a personalised message for her on the mirror, a selection of gifts and upgraded our room. Was the most amazing surprise and personal touch that we will always remember.
Disliked: Cannot fault anything
