Liked: Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, very close to the tram stop also. The Leonardo hotel's staff is their greatest asset.
Disliked: The heating did not work and though a member of staff did his very best to reset the entire heating system he could not get it to work, there appears to be no maintenance team at the hotel. There was also an intermittent problem with the toilet cistern which at times continuously filled which was very noisy. When the helpful staff member looked at the issue it was working of course but only until the next flush, it was constantly filling all night on our first night in the hotel making quite a noise.
