Liked: I arrived in darkness, having walked from Chamartín during El Gran Apagón. Every single member of staff was kind and patient- despite the stress of the total blackout.

Liked: very clean, comfortable hotel, extremely friendly staff ready to help. The hotel is located 1 minutes from the metro station and is very well connected to the city center (5 metro stations) to the Poerto de Sol///

It was decent for what...

Liked: Good price for the room and location
Disliked: No toiletries in the room. Have to ask for toothpaste and only give a small amount so have to keep asking for more. No conditioner only one bottle for body face and hair. No slippers to walk inside the hotel.

Liked: comfy bedhelpful stuff very close to metrowalkable distance to city centre a lot of breakfast places around
Disliked: a bit too loudly- we could hear all the noises coming from behind walls. our room was facing main street and petrol station.
