Leonardo Hotel London Croydon

I had a nice time here; the staff was very nice - the girls on the check in desk made you feel very welcome. Room was clean and had tea, coffee, TV, hairdryer and a ironing board and iron. I would come back here again.

Liked: The room itself was great - there was a cot already set up for my daughter, which was a huge help as we checked in late in the evening. The front desk mistakenly told us the cot was not there, so an employee painstakingly brought up another cot that we didn't need. Unfortunate, but great customer service. The meals were very expensive for what they were, but at least they were available when we were hungry late at night. The bathroom was fairly adequate - the provided toiletries were nice, but the shower itself could not be made warmer or colder - luckily it was an ok temperature, but would have been problematic had it been one way or the other. Overall, it was a convenient location and good experience. We were there for a family funeral, so it was good that the room was not an additional hassle or stress.

Don't bother booking 'Executive '

Liked: Smooth easy check in.Nice staff.
Disliked: Expected a bigger better 'Executive' room but the room seemed pretty standard. Massive stain on carpet, like hot chocolate or coffee. Looked awful.
