Liked: The Fact that is was pretty close to the City and accessibility to supermarkets.Terrible Experience – Not Recommended
Disliked: I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and the staff showed no professionalism. The rooms and common areas were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. On top of that, the hotel is poorly maintained – broken fixtures, bad smell, and faulty amenities everywhere. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

Uncomfortable

Liked: Free coffee & lemon water
Disliked: I stayed in a superior suite which consisted of two single beds & one bed was badly uneven & would often bang around in the floor making it impossible to sleep on.When asked staff about the possibility of solving this issue, I was completely dismissed as though I was being unreasonable. So I stayed for 4 days on a single bed & I’m 6”4.
