Not satisfied but I still...

Liked: Parking place: there are enough space; the location is easy to reach.
Disliked: 1) The restaurant is closed for a big group guests without any notification. In the meantime, there are still many seats available. And there are very limited options outside of the hotel. We feel terrible for this arrangement from the restaurant in hotel.2) The window can not be closed properly 3) We can hear the car outside and elevator. My husband sleep light . He didn’t sleep well because of these sounds.

Liked: Nothing staff were not friendly reception staff were sleeping when we arrived, took ages to find out booking and then when we got to the room it was a double not two single beds
Disliked: Unfriendly staff, overall cleanliness of the hotel

Disliked: Customer service was the worst I've experienced so far. It was a pain to try to do a change or to get a confirmation on the things that I requested.

Good for short business trips

Liked: The location was good for my purpose.
Disliked: Needs some renovation work badly. Everything is stained, chipped, smells bad.

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful. The chef helped me out when there was no parking left..The hotel manager was generous and kind when I had an issue with my room key.
