Helpful staff

Liked: Check in did fast and the personal in the Lobby was really helpful and polite. We asked for rooms close to each other and that was really good. Rooms for two persons are big and with big windows.
Disliked: Rooms are big and the beds are good, but carpet on the floor (mainly were the elevators are) is old and has stains. The sink faucet ware old and looked not clean. Breakfast room where the food is in a really small area and a lot of people on the same time. Few staff working in Breakfast room. Overall the hotel could have been more clean and had more staff working in the breakfast area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay

Liked: Breakfast was okay, not enough staff to maintain flow of items and to clear spaces when very busy
Disliked: Cleanliness of room could definitely be improved upon (toilet seat was broken) Towels were thin and could be largerPillows need replacing

Liked: Clean, elegant and well maintainedWell located for walkers ( approx 5 min from downtown)
Disliked: Not enough parking and beds were too soft for our tasted

Comfortable & Clean

Liked: Spacious room, very clean (daily room service with towel replacement), with nice amenities, such as a coffee machine. The bed was also comfortable. Reception desk 24/7. Overall, we were very satisfied.
Disliked: Slightly pricey accommodation for what the city has to offer and the walk distance to the old down (but this is a minor point).

Great hotel in a quiet...

Liked: Located close to the old town, easy to walk there but nice and quiet in the evening. Close to trams as well. Rooms are bright and good ventilation. Breakfast was very good overall. Beds very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.
Disliked: Water in room only on the first day. Given you are paying the same rate for each night, it should be replenished. Shower heat was good but could not be turned hotter.
