Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent with great access to all part of the city by local bus and Metro and top shops and dining. The room was very spacious and the views terrific.
Disliked: The dining and lounge areas were fine, but lacked inviting warmth and intimate feel in design and furnishing as a place to sit, read- or have a final beverage at the day's end. On

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location (5 minutes' walk from the old town). The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: Better pillows. Expensive parking.

Liked: The location was great. The room had a pretty big balcony with a great view of the city
Disliked: One of the staff members (a blonde lady) really seemed to be arrogant on purpose. First time I ever felt the need to complained about a staff member, but she seemed to have a personal problem with me for some reason as she seemed nice to other people
