Short but pleasant.

Liked: In general it met my expectations, I travel to Exeter regularly and would use this hotel again.
Disliked: Location by the river......but hey that's not going to happen.It's fine for what I needed.

Good

Liked: Good standard of accommodation, breakfast and comfy bed. Well placed for exploring Exeter
Disliked: Staff were very disinterested, and the toilet roll was cheap and nasty!

Friendly, welcoming, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff couldn’t do enough for us.
Disliked: I couldn’t open a tab at the bar but it wasn’t really a problem as the staff were really good.

Bright,Contemporary and On Prixe Point

Liked: The set up, decor, and friendliness of the staff
Disliked: Minor issue was we couldn't eat in the destination until after 8.30pm due to a number of group bookings.
