Great for Christmas shopping!

Liked: The welcome was lovely! We were given a refreshment on arrival!Room was clean and tidy. The entrance and reception area was very festive! Great location for shopping! If you park in the car park they recommend, they can organise some cheaper parking. Staff were great!
Disliked: It looked like there may have been a snack for those who arrived earlier! As there were crumbs on a labelled stand! (The snack would have been welcomed!) There is also a complementary hot chocolate machine in the restaurant, but it was always empty! We had coffee in the restaurant in the evening - I think the machine isn't set up right? The mugs were small and half filled! Impressed they had a gluten free stand... But it wasn't well stocked. Only 2 pieces of bread left and some cereal available. A gluten free muffin or pastry would have been lovely (I think I have had them at other Leonardo hotels).

Liked: The staff here were universally the most friendly and helpful staff.They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the stay.Great value for money.
