Good hotel, but bad experience...

Liked: Nice rooms, good quality hotelStaff was nice
Disliked: We arrived on a Friday night. It was super super loud from the street. Loud music, cars engines accelerating, honking. It quiet down after 2:00am.The underground parking is always full. We ended up parking on the street.The breakfast was expensive imo but very good quality and variety.We travel a lot by car, after 20h drive you want 2 things: good sleep and parking.

Exceptional

Liked: I had the best experience at Leonardo Hotel. Their exceptional hospitality, clean and spacious room, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. There is complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby, and a very nice lounge area.

Great stay in Dortmund

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. It was a very clean hotel that managed all of our needs well close enough to public transportation and good walking distance to high varieties of food.
Disliked: Not enough parking. Breakfast is a little steep on the price. You can walk about five minutes and get just as good of a meal for half the price.
