Leonardo Hotel Derby

Perfectly situated for events at The Flowerpot.

Liked: Large room; great breakfast with fab choices available.
Disliked: Some difficulties using our swipe keys.

Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit. Clean; friendly staff and breakfast decent/tasty but at £12.50 each a little pricey for what we ate. May go without breakfast next time. Please change to Yorkshire tea - the tea bags were not pleasant. Will bring own tea bags next time too lol. However, enjoyable stay - thank you.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; breakfast enjoyable, yet a little pricey.
Disliked: Draught from the windows, so had to shut curtains early. Soon warmed up when the warm air con kicked in.

Liked: Location staff and the hotel has parking but you will pay for it.
Disliked: Bed Mattress was so bad bender hurt my back badly. They offered to change the room but the other room was almost the same. I recommend for the hotel management to take this seriously and buy new good mattress products.

Excellent location for a cathedral...

Liked: Great staff, lovely quiet room on the 9th floor - efficient air con on a very warm day!
Disliked: Stains on the walls gave the room a ‘tired’ appearance, which was a shame, as everything else was fab!
