Liked: Large room; great breakfast with fab choices available.
Disliked: Some difficulties using our swipe keys.

Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit. Clean; friendly staff and breakfast decent/tasty but at £12.50 each a little pricey for what we ate. May go without breakfast next time. Please change to Yorkshire tea - the tea bags were not pleasant. Will bring own tea bags next time too lol. However, enjoyable stay - thank you.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; breakfast enjoyable, yet a little pricey.
Disliked: Draught from the windows, so had to shut curtains early. Soon warmed up when the warm air con kicked in.

Centrally located hotel with superb...

Liked: Rooms are a good size with a large bed. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room couldn't be switched off (even the maintenance team couldn't do it) this was quite uncomfortable for me.

Liked: Proximity to venue we were visiting. Friendly staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Good rates for parking. Bar and food on site. And I know it's a bit random, but I loved the floor in the lifts! Beautiful!
Disliked: Heating was a bit hit or miss. Felt cold when we walked in, but turn the heating up a bit, and it's too hot.

Drafty room

Liked: The location was close to the hospital
Disliked: The room was small the bed was small, the windows let in a draft and the noise from the road outside so was difficult to sleep.

Disliked: No hot water in the morning for a shower.

Good value. issues resolved by...

Liked: Close to town.Good value considering that breakfast was included. The bed was so comfy and supersized.I had an issue with the heating in my 1st room. This matter was rectified by the manager who exchanged the room for my second night.
Disliked: The heating Shower was luke warm on the 7th floor in the morning. It was hot in the evening.

Liked: The breakfast choice and the room was excellent. I like the free coffee and drinks which go with the room.
Disliked: We didn't like the tea using the machine. The water isn't hot enough to brew the tea properly. A water urn would be better.

Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: TV channels not working. Heating very very slow to work and shower water only got slightly warm.Room 803.Tempted by the breakfast, but no Hash Browns or black pudding and only toffee flavoured yoghurts.
