Perfectly situated for events at The Flowerpot.

Liked: Large room; great breakfast with fab choices available.
Disliked: Some difficulties using our swipe keys.

Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit. Clean; friendly staff and breakfast decent/tasty but at £12.50 each a little pricey for what we ate. May go without breakfast next time. Please change to Yorkshire tea - the tea bags were not pleasant. Will bring own tea bags next time too lol. However, enjoyable stay - thank you.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; breakfast enjoyable, yet a little pricey.
Disliked: Draught from the windows, so had to shut curtains early. Soon warmed up when the warm air con kicked in.

Disliked: All very good exce[t Breakfast Cooked, was a little cool and plastic tasting. Left most of it. Unusual

The duty manager was excellent...

Liked: Fairly close to the main shopping area
Disliked: The air conditioning was virtually nonexistent, they had to move us to a different room because the room was reaching 26c. The duvets were far too thick and heavy, I’ve stayed in Siberia before and not had quilts this heavy, absolutely absurd having bedding like this in the summer

Shocking service from bar staff

Liked: Great location, very central and walking distance to our meeting point. Parking available. Reception staff and duty manager very helpful and dealt with our complaints
Disliked: The bar staff (Rapael) was very rude and had the worst attitude. Not to be acknowledge once you can forgive but for this to happen multiple times and to be pointed out by other guests who were stood at the bar is not good customer service at all and then when he finally decided fo serve me was rude. I'm not one for complaining but as someone who uses Leonardos hotels, recommends them to family and friends was shocked to recieve this kind of service. As if times aren't already hard enough in hospitaility sector can people can pick to go and stay anywhere guests experiences are key and customer service goes along way and can make a whole of difference. As someone who owns bars and has just taken on another one in the area would never allow this type of service to be given.
