Liked: Clean room with all we needed.
Disliked: The smart screen TV was lit up all night. When we put it off it was back on again in a short while. This resulted in a very disturbed night's sleep.

Will always retun here

Liked: Stayed here a few times it’s always out go to hotel when visiting Chester, great location and close to the car park. The staff are always so friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The bar and restaurant is always very cosy and lovely with a good food and drink selection. The rooms are always spotless and a very comfy bed. We stayed this time to celebrate a 21st birthday they were very accommodating and even helped decorate the room free of charge.
Disliked: We loved everything nothing to fault

Liked: Beautiful and clean and perfect for our stay. The location to the local restaurants was perfect too!
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better but was adequate, more choice on the hot breakfast and possible more vegan options but that’s obviously preference. Otherwise very nice.
