Great for a short stay...

Liked: Good facilities and common areas. Breakfast was good. Once we upgraded to a suite, we liked the room for two adults and a child.
Disliked: Standard family room is a bit small. Could do with some updates.

Warm friendly welcome and comfortable...

Liked: Enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Leonardo Cheltenham, made all that more welcoming by the lovely Ella on reception. It is so refreshing to be greeted with a friendly smile - costs nothing but really means a lot.
Disliked: Some of the tiles in the swimming pool looked like they needed cleaning. This wasn't a dislike, just needs bringing to the attention of the hotel management.
