Liked: Fantastic staff, great food and very clean. Nice to experience caring and conscientious staff - very rare!
Disliked: There was a conference and the queue for the bar was very long.Also, couldn’t get in the pool as reached capacity.

Disliked: Did not appreciate being charged £7 for overnight parking; this hotel is on the outskirts of Cheltenham so not convenient for the town centre. Food was average, quite disappointing.

Great stay

Liked: Great hotel, exactly what we needed for a one nights stay in order to attend the rugby at Kingsholm stadium. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size for three adults. All the staff were friendly and helpful, Chloe at reception arranged a taxi for us into Gloucester which was much appreciated ,the taxi service was also well organised and efficient. Bar staff were also great. We had a lovely stay at the hotel and would definitely stay here again when attending a rugby match. Highly recommend easily accessible, to Cheltenham and Gloucester.
