Liked: Courteous staff.
Disliked: Evening meal was terrible - wife's was sent back cold. It came back to the table worse the second time. Hard to believe in a 4 star hotel - did not pay.

Liked: Good city centre location. Nice hotel.
Disliked: Due to a problem with gas supply in the kitchen, there was no food available for dinner in the evening and, even worse, this was still the case at breakfast the following morning. Consequently, only a very, very limited continental breakfast was offer. My room rate included breakfast but I was not offered any reduction in my bill upon check-out. Had this not been a city centre hotel with other eating establishments nearby, this would have been a very bad experience.

Disliked: arrived and the room smelt of toilets, but the staff on reception gave us a different room straight away with drinks voucher. You could also hear the music from the nearby nightclub until 2am and the walls are very thin so you could hear the next doors T.V and the talking.

Disliked: My room was only made up after 3pm in the afternoon and then the cleaning lady summoned me to wait outside and this after a full morning/afternoon walking tour with a tour guide.

2am wake up!

Liked: The room was great, lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite and the facilities were excellent.
Disliked: We were awoken at 2am with the fire alarm going off, nearly gave us both a heart attack! We went to go back to sleep but it went off a second time! It stopped and we tried to call reception but there was no answer so we went back to sleep.
