Clean.

Liked: Courteous staff.
Disliked: Evening meal was terrible - wife's was sent back cold. It came back to the table worse the second time. Hard to believe in a 4 star hotel - did not pay.

Liked: The location, cleanness, and service were excellent. The location was close from everywhere. WE were close from very nice restaurants.
Disliked: The room was like being in a basement, very dark. From the window you could not see anything but walls and windows of others rooms that were very close. We asked to change the room but they did not have one available facing the streets that had twin beds.
