Liked: The breakfast was good. The room sizes were larger than expected. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was always very kind and helpful
Disliked: There was one time when our room wasn’t cleaned throughout the day. But the problem was quickly solved and the staff was very quick to help and nice to us. Also the parking system wasn’t very convenient.

Disliked: Breakfast could be better, not fresh orange juice, like orange cordial and coffee machine not great as had to go to bar to get barista coffee.

Liked: Smooth check-in process, exceptionally friendly staff, spacious and tidy room, comfortably sized bathroom, high-quality toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo provided. Quiet area, with a Sainsbury's and a delightful café within a 5-minute walk.
Disliked: By default, the windows in the room are unable to be opened, thus preventing fresh air from circulating.
