Fantastic location, great staff and...

Liked: Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was fantastic - plenty on offer and delicious! Good value for money.
Disliked: The chairs and sofas in the lobby are looking very grubby and need a good clean

Super location if travelling by...

Liked: Our room was, as expected, usual hotel provision. The bed, however, was particularly comfortable.
Disliked: The television channels on offer were restricted to only terrestrial provision. If you wanted or needed more, you need to use your laptop or phone.

Really helpful and attentive staff,...

Liked: This is the 3rd year in a row I have stayed here after completing the London to Brighton bike ride. Staff are very accommodating with bikes and the breakfast is always very good with a great selection including gluten free options for my partner. Bar staff, reception and all staff always make us feel very welcome and are always on hand. very close to the train station and some great bars and restaurants very close by too. Rates are also very reasonable for the service and quality provided.
Disliked: There is nothing I don't like about this hotel.

Liked: Nice Room, Clean and Comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was OK, Ive stopped in quite a few Leonardo hotels and i felt this one was a little lacking compared to othersIt was OK.

Very good

Liked: It was all according to good standart and for good value. Expecially the personal and the design/interiors.
Disliked: Was just a pity to fell so cold in all the common areas, restaurant, bar and worging space. Air conditioning was set really too low. Thanks again for the good stay.
