We will continue to stay...

Liked: I like it is right by the station and being placed in the executive suite.The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: On arrival we were placed in a room with stains on the carpet and on the settee. The headboard had scratches and the bathroom floors were dirty needed hoovering.I complained on the first night but they were unable to more us until the second day. We were placed in the executive suite.Each room should have their own safe and mini fridge.I feel the bedrooms need a good overhaul.

Our UK Trip.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable. Location was good, food on Monday evening was very good. Overall, it was a good stay.
Disliked: On Wednesday evening, the food lacked flavor and ingredients (it did help somewhat that the waitress brought us some vegetables).Some parts of the bathroom looked tired.
