Very nice and atmospheric hotel

Liked: Overall, we are very satisfied. The hotel is very nice, neat and atmospheric. The room had everything we needed, the air conditioning worked, there was a fridge, kettle and coffee maker, the TV worked, and the room was spacious for three people. Breakfast was also fine, especially the bread for slicing yourself was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and there were no problems with our little dog. For us, it's 10/10.
Disliked: The selection of breakfast options could have been slightly wider. WiFi was slow at times.

A great hotel in the...

Liked: Great customer service! Room was spacious, clean and cozy. The location is in the suburbs, so if it's your first time in Berlin, be prepared that it will take some time to get to the city centre. Overall a great value for money!
Disliked: No complaints!
