Excellent stay in the city...

Liked: Heart of the centre, very good staff, beautiful hotel, spacious room for 3 people with my son.
Disliked: Small parking, a bit difficult to in and out the parking, we had room without breakfast, however we had been offered a discount for the breakfast but it was too high price

Liked: Night shift staff who helped with parking.
Disliked: Bathrooms didn’t have ventilation working so poorly smell was there too much. Not enough toilet paper, they was just one and it was half used. And when tried to call room service for facilities the phone was dead.Travelling with family and kids and hitting with all these issues is absolutely not acceptable.

Disliked: Noisy needs better isolationI had to aks to change the bedroom because of a problem on the air circulationLot of stairs... they have a lift but than you go through a labirint up and down through narrow stairs to reach the bedroom. Not easy to access for disabled people.Some dirty on the bedroom and old towels on the bathroom. No extra toilet paper and hand soap was finished.Here they say it's 4 starts but needs to upgrade a lot to be 4 star.The parking was not possible to make a reservation and it was very narrow and difficult to reach
