Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport

Lovely hotel, but due to lack of staff, made our stay disappointing, which is a shame because for a 4 star hotel, this should not be the case. When asked, staff said there was a large function on and most of the staff were occupied there. This however doesn't help paying customers who expect a fair service.

Liked: Young waiter Nathan, in dining room - he was friendly and very efficient. Reception staff were nice. Rooms immaculate and beds very comfortable and cosy.
Disliked: Breakfast was disorganised; evening meal was sent back - part burnt or cold. This hotel didn't have enough staff to cope.

Very disappointed, would not return...

Disliked: Bar manager very unfriendly. Typical airport hotel, noisey all night, got zero sleep.

Great accommodation, poor restaurant

Disliked: Restaurant menu. As a veggie extremely limited choice. As in the middle of nowhere have cancelled my next stay there.

Good for the airport.... not...

Liked: Proximity to the airport.
Disliked: No lifts, had to wait beyond the time stated to check in. Had to struggle up stairs with heavy suitcases. Receptionist was just OK on our check in. Not overly friendly or concerned about keeping us waiting. Charged daily for parking vehicles, breakfast were expensive so we went elsewhere every morning. Carpets very tired looking, not very clean stairs.
