Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport

Lovely hotel, but due to lack of staff, made our stay disappointing, which is a shame because for a 4 star hotel, this should not be the case. When asked, staff said there was a large function on and most of the staff were occupied there. This however doesn't help paying customers who expect a fair service.

Liked: Young waiter Nathan, in dining room - he was friendly and very efficient. Reception staff were nice. Rooms immaculate and beds very comfortable and cosy.
Disliked: Breakfast was disorganised; evening meal was sent back - part burnt or cold. This hotel didn't have enough staff to cope.

Liked: Great hotel, so convenient for the airport, big and spacious rooms. Start of our honeymoon and the staff on the desk (Hannah)helped get it off to a lovely start with an upgrade and complimentary drinks! Thank you
