Perfect for a romantic stay

Liked: Leonardo Hotel was such a good experience for me and my husband. We requested a room on a higher level and we had it. There is a beautiful rooftop bar where we enjoyed our drinks. So many facilities in the room. Easy access to the tram which goes straight to the center.

Disliked: The airport shuttle van was not labeled with the name of the hotel and so I sat there waiting for the shuttle that never came. Eventually I took a cab to the hotel. When I got there, I asked about it and they said their van was out of service, so they had someone else running for them. BUT HOW WOULD A GUEST KNOW THAT UNLESS THE VAN IS LABELED.

Disliked: Room stuffy and air con broken so couldn't cool down.

Liked: Being a returning customer I was upgraded free of charge. I think that was very considerate!

Ok but would probably choose...

Liked: Dining room was nice,
Disliked: A number of cannabis smoking young men hanging around outside the hotel was unnerving. Bed headboard was annoying as you could not sit up easily in bed. Shower sprayed onto floor and towels needed to be changed as nowhere to dry them. Breakfast bacon and sausages were low quality and fruit salad pieces could do with being smaller.
