A great hotel in a...

Liked: This is my third or fourth stay here. It's a very convenient location for me when I visit my son who lives nearby. However the no.13 tram stop is 5mins walk away and takes you to the city centre.. The hotel shuttle to the airport is a good price. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The rooftop bar gives a great view of the city. Rembrantpark is just across the road.
Disliked: My only quibble is with the tea and coffee making equipment in the room. It's a coffee pod machine and I use the hot water function to make tea but it always has a taste of coffee. The provision of a small kettle would solve this easily. Also some milk as well as coffee creamer would be good. The safe in my room was not working on arrival due to low battery and wasn't fixed during my stay despite mentioning it twice to staff. Minor issues that didn't spoil my stay.

Liked: Bed very comfortable and room quiet. Staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Good location. Shuttle bus very convenient as was luggage storage.
Disliked: Restaurant and bar are pricey and dinner menu limited.

Liked: The barRoom with a bath was nice
Disliked: Bit further out than I thoughtI messaged the property about doing a birthday something in the room but didn’t hear back or nothing was said on arrival

Good clean rooms, very easy...

Liked: Thought the breakfast was decent if a little expensive. And the nearby park was a little gem, a real and unexpected joy.
Disliked: Paying 30-odd euros fora burger seemed steep - and I live in London. The real low point was the coffee - truly dreadful.

Liked: the hotel staffs are very helpful and kind for sure!
Disliked: I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room, you can see there was a fridge before but its moved out. Coffee cups in the room werent clean. Water keeps coming out during shower, shower mat gets wet immediately. The room can be a little bit cleaner. As just for the room it's definitely not a 4 star hotel

Super hotel for weekend stay...

Liked: The location. We wanted outside the city and is set near lovely parks yet still easy to get to anywhere you need with the tram stop nearby
Disliked: Everything was great and the reception staff were really helpful. I am so happy we picked to stay here and can't think of anything we didn't like
