Doesn't worth the money, will...

Liked: Only the location was good
Disliked: Rooms were smell of mold which is not healthy, staff were not useful as when we requested an invoice they couldn't provide and also when we asked to shorten our stay with 1 night due to our flight being earlier then expected they didn't agree to credit us for 1 night.

Overpriced hotel for what you...

Liked: Received comp breakfast because of issue with the maid service in room. Breakfast was average not much variety for Americans but for Europeans May be fine.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that we were given roll away beds. I understand for an extra person in the room but the primary bed was a roll away bed as well. As much as it cost to stay at a hotel with that rating was extremely disappointed to sleep on a cot bed . A metal cot bed with a thin mattress to make it even worse. I will add pics if available to show receipts of what I'm saying. Bathroom had consistent smell of mildew and shower leaked on the floor because whoever installed shower did not build a lip to keep water from exiting shower from the floor. Room much smaller than expected for the price, I really feel I deserve a refund of some of my money . There was a blood stain and some other stain on the top comforter that was told to staff and they did not change it out until we actually spoke a second time to the hotel Manager and he came and verified the stain. Maid should have not put that on the bed in the first place and probably should have disposed of that comforter. On top of having roll away beds they put stained comforters on the bed . Great service.

Good location & great breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit salad delicious granola & a good assortment of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when I requested a top sheet & softer pillow Our room was large & a comfortable large bed A very busy Hotel in a good location We ate at Wagamama on 2 nights which is close by & well priced - shared a big serving of pad Thai Recommend visiting the Rembrandt house & museum, the Reiks Museum & a Guru walk with Nic
Disliked: Our room was very dark even with all the lights on It was noisy at night coming from the hallway & the outside garden

Liked: This hotel has an excellent position with large parks, the old city and Museum precinct very close.
Disliked: Wifi was poor
