It was really amazing and...

Liked: We were 3 girls who came for a vacation. The staff was really, really welcoming and nice. The room was bigger than we expected and that was a nice surprise.
Disliked: We really liked that there was a hot drinks machine available for guests 24/7.

Liked: The location is great, close to bus and tram stops, and you can walk to the city center where all the shops and restaurants, De Wallen is about 15 to 20 minutes walk which not bad
Disliked: Avoid the basement rooms at all costs, they are directly below the lobby and you can hear everything 24/7, from foot steps to luggage rolling.

Liked: The room was on the ground floor. Easy to access.
Disliked: Windows were hard to open/close, and noise from the street was noticeable, especially in the morning.

Liked: The 4-person room was perfect for our family with two small kids. Room was small but cozy. Beds were comfortable. Having AC and a mini fridge was a great plus. The staff was super friendly. Location is also great, as it is a short walk to Vondelpark. We loved this hotel and would stay here again.
