Very good, well located hotel

Liked: Location, value for money and good friendly welcome on arrival.
Disliked: Floor one can hear the night buses outside.

Good

Liked: Convenient location in the shopping centre. Staff really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Noisy equipment on the roof of the centre means sleep very disturbed. A few housekeeping issues, with grubby floor in bar, carpets on corridors not vacuumed, floor area behind toilet not clean.

about from the window my...

Liked: Room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable
Disliked: My window would not open and I requested it to be fixed I was assured this would be done and unfortunately it was not and I found no fresh air in the room uncomfortable
