Liked: Central location, easy access for wheelchair and the staff are very friendly.
Disliked: No comfortable chair for wheelchair user plus no bed handle for helping wheelchair user with bed

Exceptional

Outdated and tired hotel in...

Liked: Great location close to the train station and union square shopping centre.
Disliked: Opted for an executive king room but was a waste of money. Room is so outdated and not worth the money when there are much nicer options for the same price. Room was too hot and air con was locked to a certain temperature, had issues with lighting and electrics which ended up with us moving rooms to only realise that our first room wasn’t as nice (much smaller TV, knock-off nespresso machine & less coffee pods) despite being moved to the same type of room.

Decent location.

Liked: Friendly staff. Great location by the train station. Allowed me to leave my bag while I went to a football match.
Disliked: Was nervous around entering on street exit late at night as main entrance closed but no real need.Planned to stay again in May but price doubled so staying elsewhere.

Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Ventilation in bathroom did not work.Beds uncomfortable.Pillows hard.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely and certainly tasty and well worth the cost. The staff friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be there.
Disliked: Can't think of anything. We were treated very well by everyone we came in contact with.
