Lovely staff and brilliant location

A Great Place to Stay...

Liked: The hotel is very centrally located right next to the train station and within the Union Square shopping mall, with many shops, restaurants and a cinema. Although it was in a busy area, my room was quiet and I slept well. There was a good selection at breakfast. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: The elevator to the rooms needed the guests to use their room card to gain access to their rooms which caused some stress at times as the security system did not always read the card.

Hotel accessed easily with a...

Liked: The hotel is easy to get to if travelling by public transport. Online check-in was completed without problem. Breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet despite overlooking the exit route for the bus station. Air conditioning very effective. Bath and shower appreciated.
Disliked: Some seating in the bar area should be replaced; springs may be non-existent! The duvet was too heavy for the fine weather so that I overheated - easily remedied however.
