Liked: Beautiful clean and comfortable room, amazing bed. Team polite and helpful. Beautiful stay.

Cozy room in a pleasant...

Liked: room was spacious with the basic amenities provided for including a table fan.
Disliked: we had requested a baby cot which was confirmed upon booking confirmation but not present in our room at all.usually i would see bottled water limited pieces in the room, i did not see any.

Disappointing

Liked: Handy for the airport.Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Overpriced.Dinner food was definitely undistinguished and overpriced.I wish the 4 Leonardo hotels in Edinburgh distinguished themselves more clearly, other than just by their address.

Dissatisfied

Liked: The staff in reception was really friendly and welcoming. I like the fact it was a bit out of the town so we could see a bit more of the place. The restaurant in the afternoon had good food selection, we ate at least three times in there.
Disliked: At the arrival we were about to get into our bed and it had hairs under the pillow and the covers but it was almost midnight to complain about it. The next day at the moment we were about to use the shower, it was dirty and it had a bunch of hairs around the soap bottle. We complain a first time and then a second time and despite the staff was friendly and understanding, it seems that the cleaning staff never did their job. We complain for a third time and the receptionist went upstairs with us to check our room and try to clean it himself, and said the next day he would make sure they clean. Our last day when checking out we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel and it was a bad experience because the tomatoe that I had in my breakfast was mouldy at that point we felt dissatisfied with the place.

Really not happy with stay

Liked: We’ve stayed before but this time was really poor we had no sleep the room was freezing the wind was blasting through the windows the curtains where moving with the draft tried putting radiator on but didn’t work ended up sleeping with coat on
Disliked: The room was freezing the wind was blasting through the wood windows the curtains where moving tried putting radiator on that didn’t work I ended up sleeping with my coat on we had no sleep I went to reception first thing to complain I wasn’t satisfied after paying £196 for night I’ve emailed them and had no reply
