Disliked: noisy bathroom exhaust fan broken tiles in bathroom faulty power socket noisy in general

Very nice hotel in good...

Liked: Very nice breakfast. Good location for attractions in the old town.
Disliked: Not that easy to get to by bus from Waverley station. Important to remember that the hotel is in the old town and it is therefore not very flat.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Staff very efficient and helpful. Quality and quantity very good
Disliked: The only complaint is when we returned to hotel about 11.30pm we went for a drink at bar and it took 15min to be served. Your bartender did not seem to have grasp of the till. But to be fair to him he was getting a difficult time from guests of which he handled well. Not really a major complaint

Some problems need attention

Disliked: Hard to find, taxi was not ordered for earlier Morning flite, must of forgot. Not really clean, dirty walls, no shampoo, only 2 bath towles, 2 cups for water, coffee, and there was 3 of us checked in and had to pay for 3. Couch Bed wasn't made and ready but house keeping was very apologizing. Dirty stained pillows I saw because house keeping came in to put on the sheets and bedding. Please concider refunding the money we had to pay for the third person since there was no provisions for her.Thank youThe Koehlers
