It is generally good

Liked: Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom ceiling was leaking water in the second day of our stay. Also thewater was switched off for 2 hours for maintanance. Guests are responsible for carrying their luggages from/ to the room. The cost of the hotel is expensive compared to the others. We had 2 rooms for 13 days so we should get a bonus free night or free breakfasts but didn’t happen.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, check...

Liked: Location was excellent, bed was very comfortable, fridge in the room was a bonus. It’s located in the museums quarter.
Disliked: The street our rooms were located on was very noisy in the morning and very late at night! At check in we were not provided with a hotel pamphlet for WiFi etc,Some of the towels in our room were stained, we raised this to the hotel’s attention. Avoid ordering cheese sandwich at the hotel cafe downstairs,not worth the price!

Nice hotel with a great...

Liked: Great location, nice size rooms with nice views. Staff was very helpful
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn't the best which isn't unusual in Europe but the hotel either had the thermostat programmed or controlled it and kept making it warmer after we cooled it down. If they didn't want it below a certain temperature they need a sign saying that in the rooms.
