Disliked: recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that my booking had been changed to a different hotel, which was not communicated to me beforehand. Although they eventually provided a room, they informed me that parking was unavailable due to another reservation. I was directed to a separate parking facility where I had to pay an additional 120 pln,Overall, the experience was quite frustrating and not what I expected.”Even though, I was on a honeymoon

Liked: Small boutique hotel, really nice and good sized room. In a great spot, close to castle and the old town and about 15 min walk to the Jewish quarter. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The hotel room was clean and tidy.A cleaning lady cleaned the room every day, and bottled water was added free of charge every day.Breakfast was available every morning, plenty of choices of food.Great smart TV, we could log in and watch Netflix.The bathroom was nice and spacious, with floor heating.Good appliances and a hair dryer.AlThere were good appliances and a hair dryer.
