Pleasant

Disliked: No parking or even validating to a nearby lot. Also outdated, believe it was clean but didn’t show as items seemed older.

A nice hotel i love...

Liked: I missed the breakfast i sleept most of time and i had a early day in court so the location was perfect i could walk to court in a rainy day and caotic trafic.
Disliked: At night the familiar area became very rough scare for the first time in my life i fell fear very degraded hostile and i am talking about 9 PM thankfully i dont have to go nowhere what is shame with such a nice little hotel i made my stay totally pleasurable and staff was great.

Not bad for the money...

Liked: Good location for Chinatown and the surrounding area, nice view of the Manhattan bridge from our room. Decent coffee facilities and the shower worked well.
Disliked: Room was a little shabby, missing a few fixtures that made it look a little tatty. Painting going on in the hallway on our floor and the lift had a really weird covering on all walls and floor that made it look like a service elevator.

Disappointed

Liked: The location and the fact that there was a subway station two blocks away.
Disliked: When I booked this hotel I did it because the pictures looked amazing and since my family (parents and two aunts all of them aged 60+) was coming to visit me and it was their first trip overseas I wanted them to be as comfortable as possible (which was what I perceived from the pictures posted by the hotel on Booking). However, what a big deception when the hotel rooms were not even a 20% as nice as the ones on the internet. I obviously complaint about it and they managed to change my parents and aunts into a refurnished room (more similar to the ones posted on Booking). In my case, since they could not move me to a different room because the hotel was fully booked, I had to stay in a veeeeery old room for the entire week. Obviously the price I paid was not worth the quality and service I received. If that was not enough, the Asian man at the front desk was the most impolite person ever (he did not even say hello/good morning/good night to us), which makes me question why he was at the front desk, since his social skills were -10!

Superb

Liked: Right by Chinatown. Massive room and cleaned everyday. Bed extremely comfortable and the view looking out to Manhattan Bridge was great!
Disliked: AC did not work the first night. Rang to reception and was told that it hasn’t been turned on centrally as the outdoor temperature was still cool and to pop open the window to cool the room which I did and it did cool the room but as the room was facing the bridge, loads of traffic noise which meant struggled to sleep on first night. AC was turned on from night 2 and super comfy for rest of stay
