Liked: Just decoration that’s it.
Disliked: Sorry for the long comment but I can't keep such a bad experience short. It was a complete disaster from the moment we entered the hotel.Valet is incredibly expensive and when we didn't want to give our car to the valet, they immediately acted in a bad way.The receptionists never smile especially and they even act mean and arrogant especially blonde guy and brunette woman were absolute nightmares in the reception. They made us go through all kinds of difficulties during our stay. If you are not a Spanish speaker, you can be sure that you will never get the information you need at this hotel. They practically DISCRIMINATE and favor some people. While they talked to Spanish speakers for half an hour and gave them all kinds of information, they gave us a maximum 2 words of info and we had to ask them everything ourselves over and over again. We stayed for 5 days and they did not tell us that they can drop you off to the beach with a golf cart, after we found out ourselves and requested, we kept getting disrespectful answers like "the hotel is only 5 minutes away, you can walk" or it was always charging. As if that wasn't enough, the man driving the golf cart also kept saying on the road that the hotel is close, you can walk. What kinda disrespect it is? We were shocked, if the hotel has such a service and we pay for it then it is very normal that we don't want to walk in extreme heat with heavy towels that are wet and salty and above all it is our personal decision, it is nobody's business! When we mentioned our complaint, no one cared. In fact, the next day, bc our complaint, the man driving the golf cart deliberately acted as if he couldn't find us and we proved our presence there with the photos we had.The elevator was broken, we had to go up the stairs for a full day.The pool is always crowded, you can't find a place to sit.We’ve waited 2 hours to order just a damn drink at the beach.

Liked: Free golf car that takes you anywhere within 1 mile distance, location, cozy room
Disliked: VERY VERY dirty, don't think they vacuumed our room before we checked on or while we were staying at the hotel. My girlfriend and I are both blond, but our room was filled with black hair EVERYWHERE (mostly on the floor and on the bed). The first night as we started to inspect the bed sheets more, after finding out black hair all over the bed, we found that the sheets were actually dirty (some puke or whatever, not sure, some orange stuff, pictures attached). When we called the receptionist about it, they just said they will send someone to change the sheets (no "sorry", no discount on anything). We had been waiting for the cleaning guy for like an hour at 23:00, waiting to go to bed on clean sheets.
