Passable

Liked: The location was great and the facilities were nice. The bar in the lobby and by the pool were always on point and the staff attending them were great to talk too. We definitely enjoyed the pool although a little small and busyon the weekends it was a relaxing place.
Disliked: The location was great however the front desk staff and attendants were disinterested throughout the entire stay. Most of the time the staff were are on their phones and do not pay attention to guest coming and going.

Good hotel, great location

Liked: Great location, 1 block from the beach, beach lounge chairs, towels and golf cart transfer. Pool is small but nice, food is good, the pool waiter/barman is great, comfortable room.
Disliked: Front office staff seems rather disinterested, long wait to get to talk to someone there, no one greats you as you walk past them. Confusing system for beach towels, in the room they are not replaced, at reception you have to sign a form, and they tell you that you can only get 2 (we are a family of 4). Room wasn't very clean on arrival and cleaning was overall average. Hotel seems understaffed.

Reasonable hotel in a good...

Liked: Location excellent Pool was okGuy handling and storing bags was very helpful
Disliked: Bed was hard and uncomfortable I asked for a soft topper and don’t have.4 pm check in is too late, we waited after our flight from 10 am

Great stay

Liked: We're always happy to come back to this place. Nice staff, beach and pool. The room was great and the barman Cristiano was so nice and friendly. We'll be back asap

Lovely boutique hotel, great vibe...

Liked: We had a room that opened onto the pool area which was really nice.
Disliked: Limited food options at certain times

Loved it, highly recommended.

Liked: Stylish and comfortable, well located. Loved the gym and the cologne which is air sprayed throughout the lobby and communal areas.
Disliked: The Nespresso coffee machine in the room comes with only 2 free coffee capsules, we stayed for 4 nights so had to pay for extra. Seems really tight given the cost of the rooms are on the higher side.

Good

Liked: Location was great, very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were comfortably sized and looked exactly like the photos.
Disliked: Poor soundproofing of the rooms - especially for rooms by the stairs. Ideally have written information of hotel facilities/opening hours etc.

Exceptional

Superb

Liked: Loved that the hotel had its own beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas - people at the beach were also very nice. The hotel also provides a beach bag with towels which is great considering towels take a lot of space in the luggage! The hotel location is perfect, with Lincoln road super close and many restaurants around. It is obviously South Beach but doesn't feel as touristic as being around the Ocean Drive area - which is a plus if it's not your first trip to Miami!
Disliked: Stayed 5 nights and would have appreciated if the bedsheets had been changed without us asking to do so... apparently these only get changed at the end of the stay, no matter the length. Towels do get changed so no issue with that!
