Liked: We recently stayed at Hotel Lenox in Miami and had a mixed experience. The location is great and the hotel’s design is stylish and inviting. However, several issues affected the quality of our stay.There was constant noise throughout the hotel, likely from machines or maintenance work, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Our room had a completely blocked window, so there was no natural light or view, making the space feel dark and closed off. It seems the hotel has different sections, some much nicer than others. After two nights, I raised these concerns with the front desk, and they did offer to change our room at that point. However, we only had one night left and didn’t want to go through the trouble of packing up and moving rooms so late in our stay.Because we were quite unhappy with the room, I had hoped for some sort of compensation, but was told this wasn’t possible since we booked through Booking.com. So if you’re booking this hotel via a third-party site, keep in mind that you might be placed in one of the less desirable rooms — it’s worth confirming the details with the hotel beforehand.Breakfast was another mixed point. The food itself was excellent and the restaurant staff were very friendly. However, when you book a “breakfast included” rate, be aware that only two limited options are actually included. Anything beyond that, such as eggs or other menu items, costs extra. So while breakfast is technically included, the limited choices make it feel more like a partial offer — and in the end, the experience feels like dining out at a regular restaurant (albeit a tasty one).

Liked: Gorgeous.
Disliked: The staff were extremely rude, excluding the supervisor. She was very pleasant and helpful. Arrived at the property at 9:30am. They made our party wait in the lobby until 3:30pm. Everyone was quite irritated because we had all been woke since 5am. And was offered no accommodations, even though our room was ready. This also caused us to miss a reservation and lose out on $100 for that said reservation.

Pleasurable and convenient
Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Gym was very good and facilities exceeded expectations. Style of hotel was very nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately the negative would be the lack of sufficient elevators and this was especially during checkout when one was out of order. There was construction but the sound did not impact greatly but might if you are a late sleeper

Disliked: Pool chairs were always full and couldn’t use it. Front desk lady was a not the nicest and every time I asked her something in Spanish she responded in English, even though she spoke to other guests in Spanish. Was very confusing. Same lady wasn’t very accommodating when asked for help with my reservation.
