Great Location, But Noise and...

Liked: The hotel has a fantastic location, but unfortunately, it was not advertised that it’s next to a loud bar!On Friday and Saturday nights, the noise was so intense that I couldn’t sleep. When I raised the issue with the hotel, customer service was unhelpful. Rodrigo simply said, “That’s just Miami for you,” which wasn’t a useful response. Since the hotel was fully booked, no alternative room was offered.They advised me to email for a potential rate reduction due to the noise, but I never received a response…and tried to push the problem onto Booking.comWhile the location is great, my experience was negatively impacted by the noise and the lack of support from the staff. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a restful night.
