Liked: The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The facility was nicely laid out. The breakfast was great with many choices. Facility was very close to gare du nord train station, and close to many restaurants.
Disliked: There is nothing I can think of

Liked: The location was great right next to gare du nord with so many transport options (many metro lines and the rer to the airport), even though the area around felt sketchy and sometimes unsafe especially at night. The room was clean, fairly modern and comfortable.
Disliked: Apart from the area being quite dodgy, our room was right in front of the main street and got quite some noise. There was also some noise coming from the nearby rooms, not because people were shouting, but cause there was no sound proofing.

Liked: The staff were very helpful when we asked for anything. We don't speak much french but staff were very accommodating
Disliked: Being on the 6th floor when the lift only went to the 5th floor was tricky when we first got there. It wouldnt stop me booking it again.
