Great location, great value for...

Liked: Booked this very last minute after plans feel though, on the hottest day of the year. Very grateful for the shower, air-conditioned, clean comfortable room brilliantly located for the gare du nord. Staff were friendly, WiFi was quick, very glad we chose this place.

Would love to come back!

Liked: Air conditioning was appreciated. Balcony as well. Very nice people at the desk. The room was spacious and great. I really appreciate them accommodating me for an extra night at such a busy time of the year. The property is also very close to most of the activities I was doing either by bike, train or even walking. It was close to a metro station as well
Disliked: It was great.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The location close to gare du nord was perfet as I had a train at 8 am. The bed was pretty comfortable even if very small.
Disliked: I would hear every word of the conversation in the next room. It was unsettling.

Try somewhere else not worth...

Liked: The property was located in a decent location near the train station.
Disliked: The staff was rude overall. At some point during our stay around 10pm we lost power not once but twice. The first time I went down to ask the staff at the front desk. I explained to the tall young man what was happening with our room and how the power hand went off. He responded rudely with how the card needed to be in the slot for the power to be on. Which I completely understood and told him. I am American with some knowledge of French. He proceeded to call one of his colleagues and called me stupid in French with how he had to help me. Making it seem like I didn’t know how to work the slot power thing. He left him at the front desk and told me he would see me in a bit. I was too embarrassed to say anything and just walked stairs. He eventually realized the power had went off and needed to turn on the breaker for the room. Overall my experience in this hotel was awful and do not recommend it. I had no choice at the time because we had extended our trip. Thinking this hotel would be a great option but it wasn’t.
