Disliked: Room is outdated. Bed itself were okay but the pillows weren't in good condition anymore.During breakfast, the toilet near the breakfast area was so dirty!

Liked: We left the night we arrived. There is bed bugs in the beds. No management on site to pay us back, no refunds of any type. Worst hotel experience ever
Disliked: They would not accommodate a refund, they also acknowledged their rooms had bed bugs and did not care. No hospitality at all, they have a crooked system where they will not reimburse you unless a manger is there. We were told a manager would be there Sunday, no manager was pretender and they changed their statement to Monday and we still did not get reimbursed
