The operation was extremely unprofessional.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay, particularly with the reception staff, who seemed unhelpful when I raised my concerns about items missing from my room. They maintained that no one had entered, but I believe there was evidence to suggest otherwise, as a member of the housekeeping team had been in my room. Since we were only staying for two nights and did not request housekeeping, I have some concerns regarding the situation.I appreciate that the police were called, as it is important to take matters of suspected theft seriously. Additionally, I encountered several issues during my stay: the ice and vending machines were not operational, the refrigerator was missing from our room, and the breakfast provided did not meet expectations. Overall, my experience was regrettable, and I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. Also, please have staffs tht are little courteous during the night checkin. And if rhe rooms are checked before allocating? The heater was not working in the room allocated and also if there is an option in booking.com to book the rooms next to each other then why is that hotel staff says that an additional note has to be provided?
