Liked: The location is stunning! The walk along the beach to Padstow is lovely. Danielle is the most helpful host ever (assisted by Susan) !! We cannot thank her enough for her assistance when our car broke down. Very grateful for the immediate, matter-of-fact and kindly offered help!! Both Danielle and Susan go out of their way to accomodate their guests. Breakfast was delicious, beds comfortable, the surroundings superb!
Disliked: The way the B&B is run felt a bit "unorthodox" to us but the friendly, welcoming atmosphere makes up for that. Fussy people might have a problem with it but to us it was part of the charm.

Liked: Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.

Nice - far enough away...

Liked: Delightful rural location just out of over-touristed Padstow. Old 2 storey farmhouse with a water view across the fields from the lovely peaceful front garden. We opted to dine there (with the friendly house-dog and owner’s cat) as our invited guests on a sunny evening at a nice rustic table after a buy up at the not so far away supermarket and local cheese providore. Our hostess kindly lent us their kitchenware. The next misty morning we enjoyed a long lazy home cooked breakfast in the company of the other 4 houseguests. And left our Lellizzick stay with happy memories.
Disliked: Not cheap (nothing is !) thus a little disappointed bathroom was not much more than a cupboard in a corner of the bedroom. But sitting side saddle on the loo was a fun holiday experience !

Fabulous location and views, but...

Liked: Beautiful views and perfect location - close enough the tourist destinations but still secluded. The room was a good size and the bathroom was huge. It was a nice touch having fresh milk and water in the fridge. Booking.com wasn’t clear on the breakfast situation as it said it was included, but that didn’t include cooked breakfast. However the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and so we were happy to pay extra. The continental breakfast was also very good, with some delicious home cooked food. Danielle was very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Booking.com done us a bit dirty as they only let you add 1 child on, so we ended up getting a £40 charge for a 7 & 2 year old, which we thought was a bit steep seeing as they didn’t eat much and no extra beds were needed etc.
