Too expensive for the size...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The front desk person was very kind and competent.
Disliked: The room was incredibly small and basically hermetically sealed, so we had to have the AC on the entire time, and it blew air right over the bed, making it difficult to sleep. Because it was on the ground floor, we couldn't leave the window open, because there was no way to lock it when it was partly open. Though a Keurig was in the room, there was no shelf-stable creamer (half and half). I know it's a small thing, but powdered creamer is just ghastly. Why go to all the trouble of a fancy machine, yet skimp on the extras?

Liked: The location of this property to Stanford hospital was great.
Disliked: The bed had a middle support post that stuck out and both my husband and I kept tripping on it. The room was not very clean, it looked clean but when I used a sanitizer wipe over the surfaces and remote and such it came back black! I’m a heart transplant recipient so that concerns me since I can’t wipe down the floor with a wipe

Disliked: No real person at the front desk. Checked in through a video call. Ants in the bathroom.

Beds comfortable

Liked: The so called lobby was closed in the morning, 8am. There was no coffee of breakfast.
Disliked: Ants in the bathroom

It wasn’t what I was...

Liked: We liked the location within the city. It was easy to get to
Disliked: We notified management of our room lock battery being low but nothing was done until the lock died and I was locked out of my room. Ants were found in our room this morning. The bed frame was wobbly and unstable. We didn't have any hand soap and notified the front desk but again, it wasn't addressed. Overall, we were unhappy with our stay.

Filthy Room, No Refund, Staff...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews. The room was filthy. Pillows were yellow from dried saliva, the sheets had multiple awful stains and someone's hair, and everything was covered in dust or dirt. Walls and coat hangers were old, grimy, and clearly never cleaned or maintained. This is not an isolated case, the front desk admitted this type of complaint had happened before. They said there was nothing they could do and told me to contact Booking.com, adding it would be a waste of time and I shouldn’t even try. Booking.com later confirmed the refund could only come from the hotel. So staff lied, refused a refund, and knowingly misled me. They offered to move me to another room, but I refused. If a hotel allows a room in this condition, their standards are fundamentally broken. I will be filing a chargeback. Avoid this place completely.
